Mental Health not Terrorism is America's Foremost Public Safety Issue

   America needs to make mental health a public safety issue and it needs to do so now.  Far more people are killed in the United States every year by people with severe mental health problems, than by foreign terrorists.   There's an excellent piece in Mother Jones on the subject.
